    Największym ślimakiem lądowym na świecie jest Afrykański ślimak Achatina. Jego długość ciała może
    osiągnąć nawet 40cm. Jego wymiary można porównywać do świnki morskiej. Przeciętny osobnik żyje od 3 do 5 lat, ale zdarzają się również wyjątki, w których zwierzę może dożyć nawet 10 lat.
